The room was massive, the bed was huge, and having a fridge was a plus. I really enjoyed chilling on the sun terrace and watching TV in the leisure room. The only downside was a glitchy phone, but the friendly staff quickly sorted it out. Overall, great stay! 🌞

This was a luxury fantastic boutique hotel in an easy location. The venue room was beautiful and bright with a tub, a nice view plus a huge bathroom. We loved attached restaurant. You guys made our stay very pleasant.

We chose to stay at this hotel for its convenient location close to major attractions. Despite a few small hiccups like delayed hot water and rusty curtain pulls, the spacious rooms and excellent sleep quality made our trip enjoyable. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. The proximity to Grand Central Station made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor issues that didn't detract from our experience.

As a traveler who seeks comfort and a touch of extravagance, this room exceeded my expectations.

The room lacked a view of the Central Park, but I understand that others might still enjoy the Empire State Building view.

The food at the BayLeaf Restaurant & Bar was a delightful mix of Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisines. The Annex Bar Lounge was the perfect spot to unwind after a tough day. The architecture of the St Giles Tank Stream Hotel was truly captivating.

The staff at the hotel were so trendy with their regular clothes that I couldn't even tell if they were employees or just "regular people. " And don't even get me started on the mismatched lobby decorations!
